I've found two options. One is Scrapbook Blogger. This option makes it into a scrapbook like book with cutsey pages etc. I was a little frustrated because I couldn't get the pictures to format the way I wanted, but it does look cute. The one I used was Blog2Print. This prints it in a more journal like format, just entry after entry. The formatting isn't always perfect, for example occasionally a date will end up at the bottom of one page with the entry on the next page. It is more like my journal though and I was pleased with the finished product (so was Phil, see below.) Just thought I'd share...

blurb.com is a good one too. i think they have it more like a scrapbook

I totally want to do this, I have seen people who have done blurb. I even downloaded the softare, but I know it will be a project, so I have put off even starting, but I know if I did it, it would totally be worth it.
The one I did took no work at all, you just download right from your blog, choose a cover then you're done. It's just not as cute...
