It was a sad day for me yesterday. I was released from my calling as Primary Chorister. It has been such a rewarding, enjoyable part of my life for the past 2+ years. It hasn't been challenge free, but it has been my favorite calling to date.
It's been rare in our married life that I've actually been released from a calling. We used to joke that if we didn't like a calling, we would just move. That's usually what happened, we'd just move and naturally move on to the next ward, next calling. It's hard to believe that we've been here almost 4 years and we ain't going any where. So the time has come to move on in the ward.
Any guesses where they put me? Yep, cub scouts. With three boys it is inevitable, so here we go. On to the next chapter! Khaki shirt and neckerchief here I come...

Congrats Jen!!! Once you know all about cub scouts you can teach me because I am still clueless!
He he! I'm dying to see you in a neckercheif
You are definitely the best Primary chorister I've ever witnessed! I've been tempted to refer some Primary choristers to you. You always had the greatest ideas and I could tell the kids really enjoyed singing time.
Good luck with cub scouts! I'm sure you will be amazing at that too!
