M-i-c, k-e-y M-o-u-s-e!

We have started an annual tradition which I love!! For the past few years we have gone to Disneyland with my brother and his family. They bring the girls, we bring the boys and we head out to the happiest place on earth. This was our week and it was a great one!!! I've figured it takes me about 300 piano lessons to save up, but it is well worth it. We love the time with our family and hope that it is happy memories for the boys for years to come.

Luckily for us, Phil has been traveling a lot this spring and unfortunately "had to go out of town again." We drove him to the airport this time and as he was getting out of the car, Ben says, "I wish sometime we could go on a family trip and not just you dad." Right into our hands. Phil said, "You know what Ben. Grab your car seat. Jacob, grab your car seat. You guys are coming with me." And they said, "Really? Bye mom!" What? I'm coming too!! They were very excited.

The surprises didn't end there. This year it was cheaper to rent a LIMO than a car, so after our flight, in our first limo ride, we headed to our hotel in style!! I'm not sure what the driver thought when he drove up, but here's Jacob's reaction:
2 strollers, and a bunch of luggage later, we were on our way. How fun!! We enjoyed 2 great days in the park, the 3rd was a bit over crowded. It's really nice to go in the off season, so we can't complain about lines, but we're glad we got our first two days in before the crowds came. We had a great time!

Phil loves the token first day shot with Mickey's face! (as you can see!)
My knights in shining armor? or a bunch of goofies?
Tradition, Tradition!! A Lynette tradition we've joined in on: Dumbo's always the first ride.Watch out Autopia, Benji's driving!!
Who is that guy in the background waving? (just kidding, it's my brother!)
The goofies are back!
The cousins really loved hanging out together this time. They had a blast! Is it just me, or are we glowing in these pictures? (Phil thinks something's wrong with my camera, but I disagree!)Benji was plum tuckered each night! What a great way to spend a day though! They were troopers walking home every night.Farewell Disneyland! Thanks for the memories!!
